Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will try to help. As our warehouse is constantly processing your orders sometimes we may be unable to edit your order as it may already have been processed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Can I return an item?

We will happily consider taking back goods that are not required and giving you a refund. 

Important, please note: Any goods that are custom made or custom cut are non-returnable, so please choose carefully. 

Returning goods

  • Goods being returned will need to be in a saleable condition, packed in the original packaging and include a copy of the receipt.
  • Once an order has been placed and we have received the goods, a manufacturer’s handling charge may be applicable if changes are made to the order.

What if there is a problem with the goods I have received?

If you are not happy with the condition of the products provided, please contact us for assistance. If you have problems with your product, any questions about your warranty, or require technical support, our after sales Customer Care team is here to support you. 

Do my payments stop if I return an item I brought on ZipPay?

You still have to continue paying your payments as you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away.
